AAMET Level 2 Training in the Use of EFT

This AAMET EFT Level 2 Certification is for the dedicated EFTer who wants to take EFT to the next level and use Tapping within his/her scope of practice.

 

Course Purpose: To teach the core competencies required by an AAMET practitioner.

Pre-Requirements: AAMET Level 1 certificate.

Duration: 2 days

Practical/theory balance: A minimum of 33% of course time to be spent on practical exercise including borrowing benefits from a demonstration and supervised paired work.

Completion criteria:

The minimum requirements for an AAMET EFT practitioner are:

  • successful completion of an AAMET Level 2 training course,
  • a multiple choice test and
  • 3 case studies. Each completed case study should demonstrate some of the competencies and a wide range of techniques from the syllabus below.

Course Objectives:

  • Have a thorough knowledge of the EFT techniques required by a competent AAMET practitioner.
  • Have an appreciation of other (non EFT) areas of knowledge or skill typically required to work as an AAMET practitioner.

  • Basic safety for self & client
  • Practitioner maintenance and the importance of continuing self-work
  • Personal Peace Procedure
  • Rapport skills
  • Introduction to using Intuition
  • Calibration skills

  • Additional tapping points
  • Floor to ceiling eye roll
  • More on “chasing the pain” techniques
  • Additional tapping techniques

  • talk and tap/continual tapping
  • Introduction to using positive choices

  • Introducing working with trauma
